CHOKO Beer Festival 2019: Saturday 28th September 2019 from 12pm at the Lawrence Hall, Station Road, Cholsey.
Firm fixture in the Cholsey Social Calendar, the CHOKO Beer Festival now enters it’s 11th year and once again we are planning another fantastic blend of music, food, drink and family fun at our usual venue in the friendly and vibrant village of Cholsey in South Oxfordshire. Open to people of all ages and all in aid of good causes – we have managed to raise over £100,000 so far and have helped to fund numerous projects in disadvantaged communities in Africa. Last year we were able to fund three new borehole projects in Ntwetwe in Uganda through World Vision International while also providing much needed funds for the Cholsey School PTA. Come and help us build on that success and make the 2019 Choko Beer festival “one to remember”. Headlining for us this year is “The High and Mighty” Band.
CHOKO Colour Run to be held on 8th June 2019 12pm too 3pm.
Our annual colour run will be held in the Rec on the 8th June from 12pm to 3pm. With the same colourful fun, food, bar, and BBQ. More details to follow.

This evening raised a further £480 to help fund the Kodumela Schools Project. A big thank you to all that were involved in this event.

Thanks to all who helped and especially ‘The Barn Gym’, Cholsey, for hosting the event.
Thank you to the many very kind sponsors who have helped us raise nearly £7,500.
This event would not have been possible without the support and sponsorship of Spencer and the team at the Barn Gym. If you haven’t yet seen what a great facility the gym is for the village go along and have a look.
